  To share your data with wineries in cases where you have tasted wine from that specific winery. We will only share your tasting data with the specific winery of the tasted wine, enabling them to understand your preferences related to their products.      

  For business transfers, if our Company assets are transferred.

  With service providers and partners to monitor Service usage, conduct analysis, or enhance customer support.

If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated data, you may do so directly within the Vino AI app. Navigate to the Delete Account button in the app settings, where you can initiate the deletion process. Once you confirm, we will delete all your personal data in accordance with our data retention policies. Please note that data deletion may not be reversible.

 

8. Security of Your Personal Data  

 

We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

 

 

9. Children's Privacy  

 

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will remove that data promptly.
